About Oracle Tree – Who We Are

With over 20 years of experience in business, she knows what it takes to build digital strategies that convert. She is dedicated to helping her clients work smarter (not harder!) to reach ambitious growth milestones and tackle business obstacles head-on. Professionally, she is driven by her passion to help the world prosper through giving back. Marama lives on the Central Coast of NSW with her daughter (and her cat & dog) and in her free time is an avid salsa dancer.

He ran a commercial recording and rehearsal studio and PA hire company on Sydney’s Northern Beaches for 25 years, and is now Oracle Tree’s operations chief and human resources manager. In his spare time he loves playing guitar, bass, piano and singing as well as building his recording studio in the remote country town of Wee Waa in North West NSW. His most hated thing in the world is writing bios about himself.

He also ran a property maintenance business and commercial recording and rehearsal studio for over 25 years. When not making spreadsheets for fun (and profit!) Paul spends his time on his farm on the NSW mid north coast with his wife, a few head of cattle and the pesky rats that like to dig up his vegetable garden.

She is passionate about the constantly evolving digital marketing landscape and how emerging technologies can help to achieve new and unique outcomes for businesses. Venetia lives in Adelaide, SA with her young family and loves to spend her free time listening to true crime podcasts or visiting the many regional restaurants and wineries in the region.

A keen problem-solver, who loves nothing more than looking outside the box for solutions to tricky problems/helping his clients achieve organizational goals through his clever use of his connate skills, education, and experience. George lives in Abuja, Nigeria and during his spare time, he loves playing video games and making up for the lost time as much as possible with family.

Originally from South Africa and now living with her family in Scotland, Andrea has been freelancing for well over a decade, serving clients from a variety of locations, industries and niches. Learning about new things and connecting with new people is what she is passionate about, as well as helping others to grow and scale their businesses by doing what she loves most – creating compelling, beautifully designed and thoughtful brands.

When Andrea is not working, you’ll find her in the garden, pottering around the house or out walking and exploring with her family.

With experience spanning magazine layouts, digital design, and user-focused interfaces, she brings a creative and problem-solving approach to every project.

She thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with fellow creatives to craft engaging, functional experiences. Outside of design, Sofia enjoys dancing samba, practising Pilates, and singing along to music on long drives. She loves travelling the world and treasures time spent with her four-year-old nephew, whose curiosity inspires her every day.

She’s in her element when helping business owners connect with their audience through persuasive and engaging online content. Originally from Cambridge in the UK, she now resides in Ireland with her partner Nick and their too-smart Border Collie Bosco. Outside of work, she enjoys trips to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and ticking books off her never-ending to-read list.

Whether it be through graphic design/ video editing, her creative and out-of-the-box thinking, engaging copy, community engagement or overall strategic implementation – she loves nothing more than seeing her work make real-life positive impacts for the clients she works with. Jennaya lives in the relaxed city of Brisbane, with her partner and 3 year old puppy, Marley. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts / music festivals, and participating in local motorsport events.

She specialises in creating strategic, engaging marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence and connect with audiences. With experience leading initiatives, managing social campaigns, and building strong partnerships, Madison ensures every project runs seamlessly from concept to execution, delivering meaningful results.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family. Madison values clarity, collaboration, and creativity in all aspects of her work.
